香蕉奇異果果昔 Kiwi Banana Smoothie

前幾天在逛超市時發現奇異果變得好便宜,不如就來準備打成綠色果昔好了!我上網查了些做法,決定額外加入香蕉增加黏稠度、蜂蜜增添風味,冰箱剩下來的豆奶也通通加下去…

打出來一杯草綠色的奇異果香蕉果昔,光是看著就覺得好新鮮呀!最後再隨性加上保留口感的奇異果切片和椰子片,一杯新鮮又富含飽足感的飲品就完成了!

材料:

-奇異果2顆

-香蕉1根

-奇芽籽

-豆奶/杏仁奶/椰奶都可以

-水適量(調整稠度)

-椰片

做法:

-將奇異果、香蕉、奇亞籽、豆奶、水加入攪拌機打勻

-呈入杯中,加入奇異果切片和椰片
